India blew up a brilliant chance of wrapping up the four Test series when they allowed the Black Sticks to claw their way back to a 1 – 1 draw on Saturday at the Lloyd Elsmore Hockey Stadium. New Zealand scored the equalizer in the final minute of the game to keep the four Test series against India alive. On Sunday, the final Test will decide the series.

New Zealand and India drew the first match of the Men’s four test series, in Wellington on Saturday. In a match dominated by both the teams in either half, it was a fair result.

After two consecutive defeats against the Australian Development squad, India take on New Zealand in their first match of a four-test series.
